When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. jjl8 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: As required by PAGCOR and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, jjl8 will request identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal, and may request them at any other time at its sole discretion. Acceptable documents include government-issued Philippine identification such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or voter's ID. jjl8 may additionally request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.
Age Verification: Providing false information about your age during registration is a criminal offence under Philippine law and will result in immediate permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. You must notify jjl8 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
jjl8 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits are set per payment method and may be adjusted by jjl8 at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits: Deposit transactions are processed in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and within standard banking hours for bank transfers. jjl8 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees for which jjl8 is not responsible.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your verified name. jjl8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals for accounts with completed KYC verification are typically processed within the same business day for e-wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.
jjl8 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse a withdrawal pending fraud investigation, AML screening, or KYC review. Players will be notified of the reason for any withdrawal delay within 48 hours of the hold being placed.
All deposits must be wagered at least once on any game before a withdrawal can be processed, unless otherwise stated. This requirement exists to comply with Philippine financial regulations governing the flow of funds through gaming platforms.

jjl8's total aggregate liability to any player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jjl8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
jjl8 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. jjl8 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
jjl8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jjl8 will provide notice via the email address registered to your account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the jjl8 platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by PAGCOR regulatory directive or applicable law.
Your continued use of the jjl8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jjl8 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to attempt resolution through jjl8's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. If the internal process does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's formal player dispute resolution mechanism.
